SDRC coordinates Secretariat operations, membership administration, records, correspondence, stakeholder liaison, meetings, digital systems, programme administration, events, partnerships and approved projects.
IDSK retains authority over membership policy, elections, professional representation, advocacy, standards and strategic direction. SDRC's authority arises from its Secretariat and Programme Management relationship with IDSK.
Changes in IDSK elected leadership do not automatically alter SDRC shareholders, directors, employees, bank mandates or contracts. SDRC remains accountable for activities undertaken under the IDSK mandate.
Secretariat activity, programme performance, funds administered on behalf of agreed activities, risks and operational issues should be reported through agreed mechanisms.
